 | Mike established A Cleaner Experience in January 2004. He initially offered just cellar management services but soon realised that sports clubs had particular cleaning service needs that were not being met by the commercial cleaning service companies already in the market place. ACE's range of cleaning services developed to include specialist cleaning of showers, cleaning of squash courts and sports halls, and providing cleaning services at weekends when sports clubs are busiest. In 2005 Emma gave up her career in marketing to join the company and, over the following couple of years, ACE grew through word of mouth and diversified to offer cleaning services to offices, day nurseries and community facilities. |
Mike and Emma married in 2005 and in 2006 their eldest daughter, Lexie arrived. At this point, Emma took a step back from the actual cleaning service to concentrate on the adminstrative side - there just isn't any childcare available at 4am! - and Emma's mum Edwina joined the company. In 2008, their younger daughter Romilly arrived, and in 2009 Stella the dog and Boots the cat, both rescue animals, completed the family. Like the family, the business continued to grow and new people joined the ACE family.
Mike and Emma remain involved in the day-to-day running of the company and, together, they ensure that every ACE member understands and commits to the ethos of ACE - the delivery of an excellent cleaning service first time and every time.
We are proud to be able to say that we have never lost a client, and we continue to grow through personal recommendation, proving that we offer the cleaning service we promise.
